We are a family-owned company with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Our roots trace back to the meat business, where we honed our expertise over a decade ago. To better serve our customers, streamline logistics, and elevate our operations, we established Zenta Pets in the U.S. more than ten years ago. Today, we are proud to specialize in crafting high-quality, single-ingredient, dehydrated natural treats and chews that pets adore, and owners trust.

All of our products are proudly sourced from and manufactured in South America, except for our Yak Cheese, which is sourced from Nepal. 

We completely own the process from start to finish, allowing us to stay hands-on in quality assurance and safety processes. When you work with Zenta Pets, you can rest assured that your treats are high-quality, safe, and delicious! No shortcuts, no half-measures.

Variations in size, shape, and color are completely normal and occur due to natural differences in the raw materials, such as the age, breed, and diet of the animals. Unlike mass-produced, artificially processed treats, our products are not altered to look identical, ensuring a more natural and wholesome experience for your pet.

Yes! Our Venison and Hare treats are seasonal and regulated by hunting laws in South America to ensure sustainability and species protection. These products are only available at certain times of the year.

Yes! Our treats are naturally low in odor for humans because they’re made from 100% all-natural, single-ingredient sources - with no chemicals, artificial additives or preservatives. While they may seem mild to us, they still retain a natural scent that dogs find irresistible. It’s the best of both worlds: gentle on the human nose, exciting for pups.

Our processes are 100% natural and manual, meaning we handle all our products in an artisanal way. For example, it can take up to an hour to load or unload an oven of sausages. During this time, some products may be exposed to slightly different temperatures and dehydration times, which can result in variations in texture or appearance. This is a natural part of our handmade process. We are actively working on refining our formulation and oven management to create more consistency while maintaining the artisanal quality of our treats.

At Zenta Pets, we package every order with the utmost care. While damage during transit is rare, we'll assist you in filing a UPS claim.

  • All sides of the damaged shipping box
  • The damaged item(s)
  • Your Zenta Pets order number

Important notes:

• UPS requires photo documentation - claims cannot be processed without clear photos
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• We handle all claim submissions on your behalf
• Most claims resolve in 8-10 business days

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
