We ask ourselves this frequently when making our high-quality Beef Jerky at our bakeries because this is one of those products that our customers expect nothing less than the best. Beef Jerky is made using high-quality beef esophagus. In order to get a final product with a great look, amazing crunchiness, and super taste, there is a lot of special care we take when producing it, from ensuring the quality of the raw materials we use to the different stages of dehydration. Other than that, there is no secret sauce, quality materials, and high-quality craftsmanship with attention to detail.
What types of Beef Gullet do we produce?
We produce three types of Beef Gullet: Gullet Flats, Gullet Sticks, and Braided Gullet. Our Gullet Flats and Gullet Sticks come in 4-5”, 6”, and 12” lengths, and our Braided Gullet comes in 6” and 12” sizes.
